Wood-Fired pizza!!

The time has finally come to fire up the oven! We are starting off the season at Peoria Road Farm Market, and will be heading back out to Lumos Winery for some fun weekends with music and drinks! Check out the find us section to see where we will be.

We serve 12 inch pizzas made with Neapolitan flour and hand stretched dough. They are topped with fresh ingredients and cooked in the wood-fired oven. With the oven temperature between 700 - 800 degrees Fahrenheit it takes less than two minutes to cook. We have some fun new pizzas to share with you!
